The new DN20-25 -1″ automated suction cup from HR FLUM VALVES has the capability of pipe filling and pipe emptying, it is a triple effect hydraulic suction cup, with a basic opening and closing operation due to the pressure exerted by the existing water in the pipeline. The suction cup is suitable for: – Air venting at system start-up, while pipes are being filled.- Air inlet at system shut-down, while pipes are being drained.- Discharge of small pressurised air pockets during system operation.
